100x++ sit ups.
half++ an hour of usurfing(by OSIM).
100x++ mini weight-lifting(2.5kg).
*diz been/it will be my daily routine to get my fats burn n toning up my body*
and also cutting down the eating of rice to 2-3tyms per week.
*will all diz loosing of sweats n dieting paid off??
hmmm..i hope so*
